For each single day of the weekly schedule, you may define the time you would like to dedicate to training, according to your own commitments.
In this section, you may also define which days you intend taking part in races.

The SCHEDULE may also be modified during the training programme, to eventually upadte the programme to the real amount of work and time dedicated to training.

There is also a useful function called “COPY FIRST WEEK TO THE NEXT”, which makes it easier to insert the data.
